My practice is focused on companies with 200 to 10,000 employees. In conjunction with the client's professional advisors, I arrange funding for Executive Benefit Programs, including Supplemental Retirement Plans, Phantom Stock or SAR plans, Split Dollar Plans, and Supplemental Disability programs. I also can assist in implementing group insurance benefits for all employees.
